Former Danish bodyguard from the Army's operational units and an experienced business developer and project leader, with a background spanning defence, consulting and entrepreneurship. He has worked as a consultant at PwC, led technical startups and co-founded several businesses. That experience gives him an eye for both commercial direction and the practical work needed to build a business. He is driven by innovation and by finding new approaches when conventional solutions fall short. He combines operational experience with commercial understanding and is at his best when the obvious path is blocked and another way has to be found.

Army officer with a master's in International Security and Law, and multiple international NATO deployments, including to theatres where mistakes carried real consequences. He is still active in the reserve and teaches as a course leader at the Royal Danish Defence College. He has led in defence, government and private industry, from operations and logistics to building new organisations and heading quality in life science, and has founded and built companies in tech and defence. He pairs military leadership with LEAN discipline and commercial sense, and is at his best where the plan meets reality.

Military officer and veteran with decades of experience leading and training large teams to perform in demanding environments, including those where risk is high. His background spans both day-to-day leadership and developing the people responsible for delivering the task. He has carried that experience into entrepreneurship and his role as CEO of Norce ApS, also known as Norce Performance. There, military leadership meets the responsibility of running and developing a business. He focuses on making people and operations work together so that ambitions translate into results. He combines his defence background with practical business leadership and a sustained focus on team performance.
