When Region Sjælland's Covid-19 quick-test contract changed suppliers on days' notice, we built a new business area from scratch and ran the operational organisation until handover.

In early 2021 the original supplier lost the Region Sjælland Covid-19 quick-test contract after one week. Falck was chosen at short notice and needed an organisation in place. Immediately.
We inserted a project team, built the business area from the ground up, and ran the operational organisation that delivered testing across Region Sjælland.
Shifting demand, mostly scaling capacity, required a project team that continuously assessed needs and implemented changes in close work with operations.
When the capacity demand stabilised in summer 2021, we handed the organisation back to Falck so they could continue from there.
Outcome: a new business area stood up, an operational organisation running, and a controlled handover.
