When technology, product, or business model has to shift, we run with you from the first decision to the day operations are steady again. We coordinate the operational, the technical, and the human, because all three decide the outcome.
Just as people have habits, companies do too, in how things get done (the processes) and in who they collectively think they are (the culture). Even the best plan falls when it meets the people who have to change.
What we don't do
We don't write vision papers.
We don't design transformation as a concept. We do it. If the leadership wants a polished story about the future without the work to build it, we aren't the team.
